Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Opsonin Enterprise. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays)** after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during sale events or holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not the date of purchase) and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package, once your order has left our warehouse.

5. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Shipping method. Expedited and Overnight options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

This section is not applicable as we currently only ship within the United States.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at seller@opsoninenterprise.com within [48 hours] of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue for you.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and neighbors first. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
